Delivery Information
Products are available as Click & Collect from our Dinton depot or local delivery. Simply order online, choose a collection or local delivery date. Products will be ready on the date you selected when ordering. Deliveries to your address within 15 miles of Salisbury have a fixed fee of £48 including VAT.
For large loads we are happy to offer a bespoke delivery charge to your area on request.
All deliveries and collections are available on Tuesdays and Fridays only, unless by special arrangement. No deliveries on national holidays. Our depot address in on the footer — directions. Turf collections from our depot are after 10am. We always do our best to deliver before 1pm. Turf is delivered directly from the nursery to our depot ensure it is fresh.

Access requirements for deliveries – Please read
Turf and bulk bags are delivered with a lorry with a detachable forklift, or for smaller orders turf will be manually lifted from the vehicle. We will do our best to deliver as close to the property if access allows. Please read the following important information before ordering. Get in touch if you foresee a problem. We will do our best to accommodate you.
We require 3m wide access for a large lorry and forklift to make deliveries, which is approximately the size of a Double Decker bus or bin lorry. When ordering, the customer must take into consideration that vehicles of this size can gain access to the street and park adjacent to or on their properties. If you have restricted access to your property please contact us upon ordering so that we can arrange for a smaller vehicle.
Access to sites must be suitable so a large vehicle can pass without sustaining or causing damage of any kind.
We cannot guarantee access to properties which are along narrow lanes, have weight limits or overhanging branches which restrict access.
We are unable to unload turf off the pallet or carry through pedestrian gates, up paths or to rear gardens.
If you will not be in attendance at the time of delivery, please let us know in advance and leave a clear notice for the delivery driver for where the goods can be placed in your absence, otherwise delivery might not be made and any additional charges incurred will be at the customers expense (unless prior arrangement has been made for delivery without a signature). These include (but not limited to) taking away, return to the company, re-delivery and/or product disposal.
For any failed deliveries due to access issues we will pass on incurred costs, which are likely to be approximately £60.00 per pallet.
